Customer Terms

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the provision of services by Villadiego OÜ to clients using the Melodistic software.

2. Services

We provide digital software for band management, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation tools.

3. Client Obligations

• Compliance: Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Fees and Payment: Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services as per the agreed schedule.
• Data Protection: Clients are responsible for the legality of the data they process using our software.

4. Intellectual Property

Villadiego OÜ retains all intellectual property rights to the software and associated materials.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in the last 12 months.

7. Term and Termination

• Term: The agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Estonia.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Estonia.
